I don’t Just Speak.
I teach.

I’m not a high-energy speaker. I don’t holler, and I’m not going to jump. What I do is ask a room to lock in, and then I teach them something.

I’m careful with words. Every line has a meaning I chose on purpose, and I’d rather go one level beneath the surface than three inches across it.

I always give hope at the end. But the message isn’t the promise. The message is the process.

If your room needs a motivational speaker, I’m not the right fit, and I’ll tell you that on the call. If your room needs to be taught something and sent home with hope, let’s talk.

What I teach about

Why your organization keeps getting the same result.

Working backward from the outcome to the design producing it.

Readiness Before the Room

The leaders who thrive aren’t the ones who react best — they’re the ones who prepare most. A practical framework for organizational and personal readiness.

The Stewardship of Forward

Moving forward responsibly. How leaders ensure that momentum serves mission — and that growth doesn’t outpace integrity. Ideal for faith-based and nonprofit audiences.

Keynote

Thought-provoking messages designed to challenge assumptions, reframe organizational problems, and give leaders a clearer way forward.

Workshop

Interactive experiences that move beyond inspiration into practical reflection, diagnosis, and application.

Ministry
Speaking

Sunday message, revival, leadership weekend. Ezekiel is equally at home in the pulpit as on the stage.

Leadership Conversations

Facilitated conversations for teams and organizations navigating transition, change, identity, or questions about their future.
