I help organizations navigate leadership transitions without losing their identity, culture, or future. My work focuses on succession planning, leadership readiness, and preparing the next generation of leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and church contexts.
Most organizations wait until a leader leaves to talk about succession. By then, trust is fragile, culture is reactive, and decisions are driven by fear instead of clarity.
Different sectors. Same problem.
My doctoral research focuses on leadership transition and succession within historically rooted institutions, particularly churches navigating generational change. What I’ve discovered is simple and uncomfortable:
Organizations don’t struggle with transition because they lack faith, talent, or commitment.
They struggle because they lack frameworks.
That insight now informs my consulting, coaching, and speaking across multiple sectors where leadership continuity matters.
