We find the Real problem in your organization and give you one clear plan to fix it.

Organizations rarely fail because their leaders don’t care. Usually, a bad design is producing the result. We start at the result you don’t want and work backward to what’s actually causing it — in person, in one room, in one day.

Start Here:

Every engagement starts in the same room.

Chosen. One room. Four hours. One plan.

Most leaders know something is wrong. Very few know what is actually causing it. So we don’t start with a proposal. We start in a room.

For four hours we work backward from the result you want, and we ask the question most teams skip: why. Then we follow the answer back to the thing producing the result you have.

You don’t wait a week for a write-up. You leave with the plan in your hand. A formatted copy follows within 24 hours.

Most people book one thing and find out in the room that they needed another. That is the point of the room.

01.

I Listen

You tell us the result you don’t want. No slides, no template, no assumptions about what your problem is.

02.

I trace

From the result, to what your team actually does, to how the work is built, to the belief underneath it.

03.

We build the plan - in the room

Not a diagnosis you take home and puzzle over. A written plan you walk out with.

$850. Four hours. Every engagement begins here.

If you continue into a full brand build, your $850 is credited toward it.

Strategy.

Organizational structure and leadership

Good people can’t succeed inside a confusing structure. We look at how your team is actually built and make it clear who does what.

You leave with: a written plan for how the team should be built.

Media & Communication

Your message has to reach people inside and outside the organization. We look at what you’re using, what your staff can realistically run, and what’s falling through.

You leave with: clear rules and workflows your current staff can run.

Community & Visitor Engagement

Getting people in the door is one problem. Keeping them, and moving them into real participation, is a different one.

You leave with: a written path from first visit to full participation.

Systems & Technology Alignment

Most organizations don’t have a software problem. They have a “one person knows how it works” problem.

You leave with: a written plan for the tools, the rules, and the training.

Leadership.

Structure is one thing. The people leading inside it are another.

You can fix an org chart and still have a team that doesn’t work. This is the work of leading the people who are inside the design — especially when the design is changing.

You leave with: a written plan for how leaders are developed, supported, and handed responsibility.

JW Sports Photography

JW Sports Photography needed a brand that could keep up with the action. We designed an AI-enhanced logo, built out a full visual identity with voice and tone, and launched a sleek website complete with a lead generation funnel — positioning JW as the go-to name in sports photography.

Renaissance Grooming Lounge

In our work, I initiated a rebrand for Renaissance Grooming Lounge, commencing with their brand identity, color scheme, typography, and tone/voice. This comprehensive approach enabled us to deliver prestigious web development and design, a revamped logo, business cards, portraits, videography, and additional elements to enhance their brand presence.

Triumphant Church

I developed a digital home for Triumphant Church that serves as a vibrant front door for their community. The website at WeTriumph.org was designed to bridge the gap between Sunday morning worship and mid-week connection. We traded the static “digital brochure” for a dynamic, life-giving platform that invites visitors into a story of champions.

Talk 2 Me Consulting

In our work and partnership with Talk2me Consulting, our efforts included designing a user-friendly and visually appealing website that effectively represents Talk2me Consulting’s mission and services. We developed a cohesive branding strategy, including logo design, that aligns with their values of connection, support, and collaboration.

Creative.

Structure is one thing. The people leading inside it are another.

You can fix an org chart and still have a team that doesn’t work. This is the work of leading the people who are inside the design — especially when the design is changing.

First, the brand track of Chosen — $850. Four hours in the room. Name, message, tone, mission, vision, purpose, audience, positioning, competitors, and the three words that define you. We evaluate direction for color and typography here. We don’t design a logo in this room.

You leave with a brand kit. Everything a designer needs to build your identity correctly — your message, your tone, how you’re positioned, and the visual direction. Take it to any designer you like. We’re glad to recommend one.

Or we build it — starting at $8,000. Logo and full brand visuals, website design, social media kit, SEO setup, and a care plan that covers hosting, domain, and one email address for your first year. Your $850 is credited toward it.

Creative engagements are Triangle-based — Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill — because the work happens in person.
