What I kept seeing was not a shortage of faith or effort. It was structure. Committees that could stall a decision without ever making one. Calendars that protected everything except the work the mission depended on. Reporting lines that made honesty expensive.

Theology gave me the language for it. Stewardship is not primarily about money; it is the care of a design entrusted to you. When a system consistently harms the people inside it, that is a stewardship question before it is a management one.

Now I work with pastors, nonprofit leaders, and the founders of professional practices — consultants, agencies, and firms — who are done blaming their people. Churches are where the work was forged; the ideas travel further than that.
