Information you give me. When you submit a form on this site, I collect your name, email address, organization, phone number if you provide it, and whatever you write about what you need help with.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records basic technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site that referred you. This comes from [ANALYTICS TOOL, e.g. Google Analytics] and standard server logs.
Cookies. This site uses cookies for basic functionality and traffic analysis. You can disable cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Client work materials. If we work together, I may receive documents, files, account access, organizational data, or other materials you share so I can do the work.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or health information through this website.

In-person strategy sessions are audio recorded. The recording is used during the session to produce your written plan before you leave, and to prepare the formatted version afterward.
I use AI tools as part of my process, including to help transcribe and organize session recordings into your written plan.
What that means for your information:
If your organization has a policy against AI processing of its information, tell me before we start and I’ll work around it.
I don’t sell your information. I don’t rent it. I don’t trade it.
I share it with service providers who help me run the business, and only as much as they need:
I may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect legal rights.
Subcontractors. Some engagements involve people I bring in — a photographer, a developer, an implementer. If that happens, they get only what they need to do their part, and they’re bound to the same confidentiality I am. I’ll tell you who’s involved before they start.
If you submit a form, you’ll receive emails about your inquiry and, in some cases, a short follow-up sequence.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. It does not stop emails about active work we’re doing together.

Your information is stored on services with standard encryption and access controls. Access is limited to me and, where necessary, subcontractors on your engagement.
No system is perfectly secure. I won’t pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, I’ll notify you as required by law.
Children. This site is for adults doing organizational work. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Other sites. Links to other websites are their responsibility, not mine.
Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
